Embora o número de acidentes com cosméticos tenha diminuído, esses produtos ainda têm potencial para deflagrar reações adversas nos usuários – embora não necessariamente na forma de uso recomendada pelos fabricantes. Neste artigo, é informado o status regulatório e os relatos de eventos adversos de dermatite de contato causada por cosméticos. Em seguida, é feita uma avaliação cuidadosa dos ingredientes mais preocupantes.
Although the number of cosmetic accidents has declined, these products still have the potential to trigger adverse reactions in users - though not necessarily in the form of use recommended by manufacturers. In this article, it is pointed out the regulatory statusand reports of adverse events of contact dermatitis caused by cosmetics. Then a careful evaluation of the most disturbing ingredients is done.
Aunque el número de accidentes con cosméticos ha disminuido, estos produtos todavía tienen potencial para desencadenar reacciones adversas en los usuarios - aunque no necesariamente en la forma de uso recomendado por los fabricantes. En este artículo, se informa el estado regulatorio y son reportados los eventos adversos de dermatitis de contacto causada por los cosméticos.
