Resumo
Recentemente, houve rápido aumento em nossa compreensão sobre os mecanismos de equilíbrio molecular e bioquímica da biologia da pele, impulsionado, em parte, pelos avanços técnicos em uma série de áreas. Atualmente dispomos de métodos confiáveis para isolar e cultivar queratinócitos funcionais da epiderme em ratos e em humanos.
